Zonten Europe shows ZTJ-330 semi-rotary offset press

ZTJ-330 offers 50m/min printing speed, 320mm printing width and 100-350mm printing repeat. It uses an advanced inking system, which has 23 inking rolls (four large diameter form rolls included) and alcohol damping system to guarantee printing quality. Its independent servo driven system in each unit guarantees stable register at high printing speed.

‘The pre-register system allows the operator to input data based on printing length, then automatically adjust to the ready position, which makes it very convenient to prepare a label printing job,’ said Shirley Zhou, sales manager of Zonten.

Zonten Europe is also presenting the Smart-320 flatbed foil machine and ZMQ semi-rotary die-cutting machine at the show.

Zonten specializes in developing, producing and sales label printing machines. Now its main products include semi-rotary offset printing presses, flexo printing presses, high-speed fully rotary letterpress machines, label die-cutters, label slitting and rewinding machines, and label inspection systems.

Spain-based Zonten Europe was founded earlier this year as an independent company from China-based Zonten.
