Cerm appoints US consultant

Cerm, a European supplier of business management software and automation systems for the printing industry, has appointed Ron Bailey (pictured, left) as its first business development consultant for the US.

Bailey joined Cerm in September 2011, having previously worked as an MIS specialist at Heidelberg and on workflow integration at Agfa Graphics, both in the US.

He said: ‘What impressed me most about Cerm is the print knowledge of the programmers and managers. This results in a system that’s ready to use by our customers with minimal customization.’

Peter Dhondt, global business development and sales manager at Cerm, said: ‘Our objective is to find a good match between customer’s expectations and our software. Having Ron’s experience and knowledge in the US will contribute to making this possible.’
