KBA appoints new supervisory board chairman

The supervisory board of Koenig & Bauer (KBA) has elected Dr Martin Hoyos as its new chairman, replacing Heinz-Joachim Neubürger.

Dr Martin Hoyos named as new chairman of KBA supervisory board

Neubürger left his position as a member and chairman of the supervisory board on February 25. Gottfried Weippert, vice-chairman, took over the role as chairman temporarily.

Hoyos is an experienced auditor, and a former member of the board of directors at KPMG Germany, as well as holding supervisory board seats at medium-sized companies.
