MacDermid announces two leadership promotions

Melanie Galloway, senior vice president at MacDermid Graphics Solutions said: ‘Pat and Tom are leaders at MacDermid and within the industry. These new roles will optimize their strengths and allow MGS to best support our current and future customer base.’

Mullaney has been instrumental in building MacDermid Graphics Solutions into one of the leading suppliers in the flexographic market for the last 32 years. He will now lead a team of senior sales resources around the world and will be responsible for the overall management and coordination for the company’s multi-national strategic accounts. His team will be responsible for developing and executing annual account business plans.

Caplinger, who joined the company 30 years ago and has significantly contributed to leading and growing the MGS Latin America business, and will be an important leadership component to achieve the continued growth of MGS North America. Caplinger will oversee and be responsible for all North America and Latin America sales. He will be implementing a sales expansion plan and account coverage model in the Americas.
