MPS names Gregg Lindsay as North American service manager

MPS Systems North America has named Gregg Lindsay as its new service manager as the company seeks to expand it customer service offering in the region.

Lindsay comes to MPS with more than 20 years of printing industry experience, having specialized in field engineering and customer service. He will be based at the MPS Systems North America headquarters in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Lindsay will help lead the company’s effort in assisting North American customers with on-site installations, press troubleshooting and integrating MPS equipment into their facilities. His appointment coincides with the Dutch press manufacturer’s expansion of its North American service offering, which includes a local spare parts program, on-call local service technicians, a 24/7 service help line and training programs for operators of new MPS presses.
