KDV Label appoints Heather Cassidy as account manager

KDV Label has added Heather Cassidy as its newest account manager. With over a decade of experience in project leadership, customer service and cross-functional collaboration, Cassidy will focus on supporting key customer relationships and delivering high-quality service across KDV’s growing markets.

Cassidy brings a background in project and retail management, having led more than 20 store projects at Joann Fabrics and Crafts, including new store builds and large-scale remodels. Known for her ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex timelines and drive efficiency, she brings a customer-first mindset and hands-on experience that aligns well with KDV’s core values.

Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.
