Ryan Greis and Rodolfo Avalos, industry veterans and former Mark Andy colleagues, have launched BiltLine, a consulting group dedicated to helping businesses across the printing and converting vertical navigate market challenges.

Greis and Avalos turned a recent Mark Andy layoff into an opportunity to unite their strengths in marketing and finance. The consulting team works with converters, printers, OEMs and suppliers, helping them sharpen marketing strategies, align with customer needs and leverage financial expertise in margin analysis, cost control and scenario planning to maximize the impact of every business decision.

'The printing and converting industry is at a critical juncture,' said Ryan Greis, co-founder of BiltLine. 'This sector is under pressure from shifting market dynamics, trade policies and evolving customer demands. BiltLine was launched because we believe these businesses deserve clear, practical guidance to not just survive, but thrive.'

'Having lived through these changes ourselves, we know what it means to adapt quickly,' added Rodolfo Avalos, co-founder of BiltLine. 'Our goal is to be a resource for companies that may feel isolated in this moment of disruption. We’re here to help them make confident, informed decisions.'

BiltLine’s approach blends data-driven analysis with hands-on industry expertise. The firm partners with clients to uncover opportunities for efficiency, growth and long-term stability. With a clear understanding of the real-world challenges that printers, converters, OEMs and suppliers face every day, BiltLine positions itself as a trusted advisor during a time of uncertainty.
