Phoenix Challenge Foundation announces sponsorship opportunities

The Phoenix Challenge Foundation has announced the availability of sponsorships in support of its fundraising efforts. Sponsorships fund the 2010 high school and college competitions and scholarship programs for young adults pursuing careers in flexography.

‘The exciting expansion of the PhoenixChallengeHigh School competition into the College Competition, along with the on-going increase in student participation, gave us the impetus to reach out to donors with more reason and purpose,’ said Bettylin Krafft, chairman of the Phoenix Challenge Foundation. ‘As a non-profit organization, the money we raise is critical to our success as we build the flexo workforce of tomorrow.’

Since its foundation in 1998, the Phoenix Challenge Foundation has grown every year. It is an organization of dedicated professionals aimed at ensuring the viability of the industry through teaching practical flexo application, knowledge competitions and further education through scholarships. It is the only one of its kind in North America.

The foundation exists solely through donations made by industry supporters and businesses. The primary purpose is building awareness and education of flexography throughout North America. Businesses and organizations participating as sponsors will have access to a variety of options that in turn deliver a variety of marketing opportunities and recognition. Sponsorships include Golf Tournament Fundraiser, High School Skills Competition, College Challenge, special programs or general donations.
