Klockner Pentaplast begins PET production at UK site

The Klockner Pentaplast Group has begun PET film production at its Crumlin, UK, manufacturing facility. The new line produces polyester films for food and consumer packaging applications, and will mainly support the UK market. Klockner Pentaplast invested GBP £3 million (USD $4.4 million) in the expansion with the support of the Wales Assembly Government.
