EyeC launches Proofiler Graphic Connect

EyeC has launched the Proofiler Graphic Connect, a cloud-based artwork proofreading software designed to automate quality control in prepress for label and packaging production.

The SaaS-based system automatically compares print-ready files or step-and-repeat files with approved print templates. It integrates with leading workflow systems, including Esko Automation Engine and Hybrid Software, enabling fully automated quality control with what the Hamburg-based company described as higher inspection speeds and improved usability compared to previous versions.

EyeC has also introduced AI-based in-line inspection for its ProofRunner product line. The technology, running on the modular ProofRunner Web Evo, enables 100 percent in-line inspection of labels and flexible packaging up to 600mm web width, using image-based defect classification to increase precision and minimize false positives.

The company will demonstrate both technologies at Interpack 2026 in Dusseldorf (May 7-13, Hall 11, booth D01), with the AI in-line inspection shown live on a Bobcat BRM from French machine manufacturer DCM.

EyeC will additionally showcase its scanner-based offline Proofiler 1200 DT and Proofiler 600 DT systems, targeted at pharmaceutical packaging, package inserts and safety-critical printed products.
