Troika Evo

Troika Systems has launched Troika Evo, its next-generation 3D scanning microscope platform designed for the inspection and measurement of anilox rolls, gravure cylinders and flexographic plates.

Evo is engineered to deliver accurate, repeatable measurements in the real conditions of a working pressroom.

Modern design improvements remove the need for anti-vibration tables, giving operators lab-grade stability directly on the production floor. A higher-resolution imaging sensor reveals surface wear, damage and complex cell structures more clearly than older-generation systems. A redesigned motor system reduces scan times by up to 70 percent, allowing more frequent inspections without adding to operator workload.

Key technical advancements include automatic integration with the Troika Management System, giving businesses a single source for asset condition, audit history and inventory tracking that works across multiple site locations. A 2.3mp imaging sensor (1,920 x 1,200 resolution) provides greater clarity when inspecting surface wear, damage and complex cell structures. It is capable of up to 70 percent faster scanning compared to previous-generation devices, enabling more frequent quality checks without adding to the operator workload and preventing bottlenecks. USB-C and USB 3.1 connectivity enable faster data transfer and operation across multiple pressrooms and production sites, with power supplied directly from USB.
