Skanem Interlabels takes second Nilpeter FA-4

Ordered from Europe, it is a customized combinational press, and follows the installation of a Nilpeter FA-4 in Baddi in October 2013,

The plant in Vasai now houses three Nuova Gidue presses, of which two are 10-color servo machines and one is an eight-color servo E-combat, and two Gallus presses along with six finishing units from BST and Rotoflex.

Additionally, an Omega press is used for making blank labels which is run at 100m/min. For screen printing, the company gets the screen from Stovac and seals it in-house using a screen sealing machine from ATS. Post-press equipment includes a ZBS-320 for the primer, lamination and varnishing, plus a Zeigang for die-cutting.
