Pamarco moves to improve Canada service

In an effort to double its sales in eastern Canada over the next three years, Pamarco Global Graphics has opened a transportation hub and reorganized its sales team.
The company says that its flexo division has seen significant growth in anilox sales in the region in recent years.
From June 1, Pamarco will create a transportation hub for customers to drop off and pick up deliveries of rolls. This will work in conjunction with Pamarco partner Totalogistix through a provider, CrossDock, based out of Mississauga, Ontario.
Pamarco believes that setting up this hub will improve the level of service and deliveries of its products, while also saving transportation costs when sending rolls to its five manufacturing sites in the US.
The company has also restructured its internal sales team. The inside customer service representative for Canada is now Glenda McCarty, who has been with Pamarco for almost ten years. She will work closely with Peter Giannandrea, the technical sales manager for Canada.
