Bruno Moreau, ASK co-founder, former deputy general manager and business development manager at ASK has taken over ASK CEO position.

Georges Kayanakis had decided to retire by the end of the year after he founded the company nine years ago. He has appointed Bruno Moreau, #2 of the company to replace him.

‘When I founded the company in 1997, I needed someone I could trust and rely on for all stakeholders’ management and for the company’s overall business development. Bruno had the right experience, expertise and market knowledge I was looking for,’ says Georges Kayanakis. ‘Bruno has been involved in major acquisitions and business expansion of ASK since the beginning of the activity and as a member of the Board, co-founder and active executive of the company, I’m confident he will run ASK the way it is worth.’

‘I’m very proud to have been offered the chance to run the company,’ says Bruno Moreau. ‘ASK has a lot of assets, whether they are in terms of technology, manufacturing or R&D and that includes valuable Human Resources. Nowadays contactless media are part of our daily lives in public transport or access control. New sectors open up to this new technology and that paves the way to a bright future for ASK and many people around the world. Contactless smart cards or electronic passport facilitate citizen mobility and making life easier should be the aim of high technology.’
