Cosmo Films appoints president for US operations

Dutta has worked with Cosmo Films for nine years, and has successfully led several sales and manufacturing teams during this period.

 

Cosmo Films said his new position forms an integral part of the company’s strategic plan to strengthen its position in the North American market and further its footprint. Cosmo Films has recently detailed a one million USD investment at its manufacturing facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. 

 

Pankaj Poddar, Cosmo Films chief executive officer, said: ‘In his new role as president of US operations, he is responsible for growing the business with enhanced products and service deliveries.’

 

As a further part of an internal restructuring exercise in North America, marketing and sales are now being led by Chuck Thompson and Ed Dorsey respectively, and seven to eight people are also being added to its sales team across different geographies in the US.
