SATO America appoints new technical writer

SATO America, a supplier of barcode printing, labeling, and EPC/RFID solutions, has named Cynthia Jameson to the position of technical writer. Employed at SATO America’s office in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jameson has responsibility in creating effective technical documentation on the products and services of SATO.

Jameson’s role includes an oversight position supported by SATO’s product management, marketing and manufacturing locations around the globe. ‘The mission is to drive solutions that better the customer experience with SATO,’ stated Jameson. ‘One way in which we make the experience better is to ensure the documentation of products or services are as customer friendly as possible. That’s my charge and my personal mission.'

Jameson earned her Masters of Science degree in instructional technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of arts degree in journalism and Italian from the University of Montana. Her experiences include over 20 years as an instructional designer with Xerox Corporation and being recognized with an Award of Excellence and Merit by the Society for Technical Communication.
