HiFlow to showcase AI-powered ERP at Loupe Americas
HiFlow will demonstrate its AI-enabled workflow at Loupe Americas.
HiFlow Solutions will demonstrate six AI-enabled workflows and a new conversational quoting tool at Loupe Americas 2026.
The company will present its ERP/MIS platform for label and flexible packaging converters at booth 3131 during the event, taking place on September 15-17 in Chicago.
HiFlow’s platform connects estimating, order management, production, warehouse operations, business management and analytics. It is designed to reduce manual processes and help converters manage shorter runs, growing SKU volumes, labor pressures and increasingly complex production environments.
At Americas, the company will demonstrate AI technology operating across six workflows: estimate processing, order processing, supplier delivery processing, supplier price list updates, bills of lading and accounts payable.
‘AI is quickly becoming a checkbox for every software company, but having AI isn’t the point,’ said Mariusz Sosnowski, CEO of HiFlow Solutions. ‘Is it actually removing work from your team? Is it eliminating manual processes? Is it helping you run your business better? That’s the standard we’re setting for AI inside HiFlow ERP.’
HiFlow will also introduce its AI Quote Agent, a conversational tool designed to streamline the estimating process. Users can enter job specifications by answering guided questions, allowing the system to construct an estimate without the usual manual data entry.
Visitors will be able to bring their own job specifications to the HiFlow booth and see the agent produce an estimate during a live demonstration.
‘Talk to your ERP, and it builds the quote for you, no retyping a spec, no digging through an inbox,’ Sosnowski added.
The company sees estimating as the first application for a wider conversational interface across its ERP platform.
‘We’re starting with estimating, but the vision is bigger, a future where users interact directly with every part of HiFlow, not just navigate screens and menus,’ concluded Sosnowski.
