Xeikon adds two to US sales team

Wolford has an extensive print industry background, which was one of the key reasons Xeikon selected him for the role. His many years of experience with conventional narrow web flexo in senior sales and marketing roles such as Webtron, plus a broad background with digital label and packaging technology at HP and Domino, have helped him develop a deep understanding and knowledge of the industry, Xeikon said in announcing his appointment. Wolford has joined Xeikon from Domino Amjet, where he was in senior business development for four years.  

Gray’s appointment sees him return to Xeikon, where he previously served as regional sales manager before joining Domino Amjet as digital print accounts manager in 2014. Prior to that he spent 21 years contracted with Aquaflex, lastly as global sales manager and international sales manager.

Wolford said he has joined Xeikon as its technology has broad appeal and capabilities, with ownership by Flint Group providing ‘enhanced resources to grow the business’. Gray added: ‘In my new role I am looking forward in helping my current and new customers expand and grow their business, by introducing new niche market opportunities that will help them provide and manufacture a wider range of product offerings. For example, “you print the label, why not print the box as well?" or print IML or heat transfer labels, short-run folding cartons, pouches, etc.’
