InTouch Labels and Packaging installs HP Indigo 6900

InTouch Labels and Packaging, a Boston, USA-based converter, has installed an HP Indigo 6900 digital press to boost its capacity to provide prime labels and shrink sleeves to the food and beverage market, as it continues to expand its all-digital business.

‘The HP Indigo solution was chosen for its production flexibility, including the ability to print both long and short runs, support for a wide range of media and unique substrates, and in-line priming,’ according to Adi Chinai, CEO of InTouch Labels and Packaging. ‘In-line priming allows for a wider array of substrates which has allowed InTouch to become the sole source for many of its customers label needs including flexo substitution.’

The HP Indigo 6900 allows converters to produce narrow format label, flexible packaging, sleeve, IML, wrap-around label or folding carton jobs.
