Quatro Etiquetas installs Weigang press

Quatro Etiquetas has installed a Weigang ZX450 at its facility in Andújar in Spain's Jaén region, strengthening production capacity for wine labels, olive oil labels, cosmetics labels and shrink sleeves.

The press is configured with five offset printing units with Coaso ink remoting control, plus hot-stamping, flexo, flat screen printing, die-cutting and a servo dancing shelf, consolidating multiple printing and finishing processes into a single line. The configuration is designed to give the converter greater flexibility across premium label applications where multiple finishing effects and stable register control are required.

Installation was carried out by Weigang's technical team in coordination with the local distributor and included on-site commissioning and operator training. The technical team will remain involved after installation to support initial production and knowledge transfer.

Quatro Etiquetas serves the agro-food, beverage, cosmetics, perfumery, cleaning, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors, and also produces sleeve labels across its product range.
