Sales reinforce Gallus’ presence in Australia

Australia's first Labelmaster conventional press is destined for a Melbourne site

Gallus has confirmed the sale of two presses into label shops in Melbourne and Sydney, reinforcing its position in Australia.

While their respective destinations have been withheld by Heidelberg, the company has revealed its second Gallus Labelfire digital press sale is for Sydney, with Australia's first Labelmaster conventional press destined for a Melbourne site.

The announcement of these new sales by Heidelberg comes on the back of a recently concluded tour of New Zealand and Australia by head of product management and sales development at Gallus in Switzerland, Martin Klast, accompanied by local Gallus veteran James Rodden. It ended this

week with a presentation in the Barossa Valley, a reflection of the importance to label printing of the wine category.
