Comexi reorganizes North American operations to strength sales and service offering

Comexi has taken steps to reinforce its presence in the North American market with the expansion and reorganization of its operations to extend its sales and service offering in the region.

Comexi has made a number of developments to enhances it presence in North America

This has seen the Comexi North America headquarters relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, where a new spare parts warehouse has been established. Comexi North America said this facility guarantees delivery of spare parts across the US and Canada in less than 24 hours.

Coinciding with this development, Xavier Molina has been named as service manager in the US, and together with a team of local technicians will be responsible for increasing the productivity of the equipment installed through maintenance contracts, technical training and to expedite the delivery of spare parts throughout the region. The company recently created Comexi Technical Services, a department led by Francisco Artacho.

Comexi said strengthening its technical and customer service departments will result in improved customer support.

Comexi North America has also expanded is sales network in the region with Vitaly Norkin, who has moved from Comexi Group’s headquarters in Girona, Spain, taking on responsibility for sales in the Northeast region. He joins Tom Cusack, Comexi North America president, who has responsibility for the South, George Czechowski in the Midwest and Cory Heiden who, after more than 14 years as head of customer care in the US, goes into commercial service in the West. In Canada, the representation of Comexi remains in the hands of Greg Watterson.

Comexi North America said it is committed to the reorganization and expansion of its team in order to increase market share and provide a more effective response to customer needs.
