Provin Technos to represent DGM in India, Bangladesh and Nepal

Delhi-based Provin Technos has partnered with Diversified Graphic Machinery (DGM) for representation of the company in India, Bangladesh and Nepal. The agreement was signed on November 4.

DGM is a US-based company producing in-line cold foil and cold foil with UV cast and cure systems for all makes and sizes of machine. It has a manufacturing unit in Italy. DGM holds the patent for a unique technology in cold foiling with indexing. Its product range includes: DGM Foildex, a cold foil application system; DGM Filmdex, a UV cast and cure application system; and DGM Iijima, Saroglia, Majestica, hot foil stamping, embossing and high speed die-cutting presses. 
 
Products offered by Provin Technos in the Indian market include: sheet-fed offset presses from Ryobi MHI Graphic Technology; heat set web offset presses from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries – Printing and Packaging Industries; narrow web flexo and offset presses from Rotatek; and industrial knives from Germany.
 
DGM has already installed around 40 systems for cold foil and cast and cure around the world. With the distribution deal with Provin Technos it is entering the Indian market.
 
Vinay Kaushal, Provin Technos director, said: ‘The entry of DGM in this market will open up new possibilities for the customers by adding value to their existing presses especially for the packaging industry. These systems can be retrofitted on any machine.’
