Bobst and Co-ëfficiënt host open house

Operations-focused event targets OEE, waste and ECG printing on 17-18 November.

Bobst and operations consultancy Co-ëfficiënt will host a two-day open house titled From Theory to Performance at the Bobst Atlanta Competence Center in Cumming, Georgia, on November 18 and 18, 2026, focusing on practical approaches to improving overall equipment effectiveness, throughput, waste reduction and production consistency.

The event will be led by John Anderson, director of North America operations and consulting at Co-ëfficiënt, with sessions covering process control, standardization, automation and data-driven production improvement. A key focus will be the role of process stability in making extended color gamut printing a repeatable production practice, connecting process improvement principles with live demonstrations across the production workflow.

Attendees registering for the first day will have access to an offsite evening networking reception. Spaces are limited on both days. Plant managers, operations leaders, production and quality teams, process engineers, prepress and print leaders and converters exploring ECG, automation or workflow standardization are the target audience.

'Converters are under constant pressure to produce more while maintaining quality and controlling costs,' said Katie Graham, MarCom director Americas at Bobst. 'By bringing Co-ëfficiënt's operational perspective together with the technology and demonstration capabilities of the Atlanta Competence Center, we can productively lead the conversation from individual features to measurable production outcomes.'
