Mactac previews recyclable films at Loupe

Mactac will present several new label materials at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago, with recyclable films, thermal transfer and direct thermal products headlining its booth 135 showcase.

Vivid Edge is a fully recyclable film label designed to resist stretch, wrinkles and tears at a thinner caliper than existing alternatives. The Film Dairy Label, described by Mactac as the only 100 percent recyclable dairy label, incorporates integrated moisture resistance for cold and wet environments.

OptiScan E is a new thermal transfer label featuring Mactac's ConvertPlus adhesive technology, targeting faster converting speeds, fewer changeovers and reduced inventory requirements. The company will also show its Optimal Performance Direct Thermal portfolio, covering logistics, retail, deli and bakery applications where scanning clarity is critical, alongside specialty and Lintec labelstocks for asset tagging, harsh environments, security applications and UL Recognized and BS5609-compliant uses.

A dedicated Ask SAM (Ask Spinnaker and Mactac) technical consultation service will be available at the booth.
