Nobelus showcases thermal flexible packaging films

Nobelus will present its thermal flexible packaging film portfolio at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago at booth 5916, targeting digital market converters with specialty finishes, structural films and all-PE sealant structures.

StrataFlex METPET Thermal Pre-Lams incorporate a thermally activated adhesive layer, allowing converters to reverse print on adhesive-free films and reduce material changeovers on press. EcoElement PE Thermal Sealants are all-PE structures combining a sealant and thermal adhesive layer around a PE core, available in white and clear with barrier and non-barrier versions. Nobelus said the combination of reverse printing on PE film and thermal lamination to an EcoElement sealant can eliminate a layer in the packaging structure, supporting downgauging and margin improvement.

Nobelus will also showcase its specialty finish portfolio, including Karess soft-touch, FineGrit rough-touch and the newly launched FineGrain finish, alongside holographic patterns and scratch-resistant options available as both films and thermal laminates.
