Troika Systems launches EVO and FlexoCam at Loupe

New 3D anilox scanner and handheld flexo plate measurement device debut in Chicago.

Troika Systems will launch two new inspection devices at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago: the Troika EVO 3D scanning microscope and the FlexoCAM handheld flexo plate measurement device, targeting pressroom quality control for label and packaging converters.

The Troika EVO is a compact, high-precision 3D scanning microscope for anilox rolls and gravure cylinders, capturing surface topography data, including cell volume, depth and wall thickness, to give production teams quantifiable metrics for repeatable press control rather than trial-and-error adjustments. The FlexoCAM is a fully handheld device with an integrated screen designed for rapid on-the-spot flexo plate measurement, delivering instant actionable data at the press without additional equipment.

Both devices feed measurement data into Troika's management platforms to track wear trends and the asset lifecycle, turning anilox rolls and flexo plates into monitored, tightly managed production assets.

'The industry is moving fast, and with new regulatory pressures and rising costs, reactive press adjustments just aren't enough,' said Adrian Buratta, sales and marketing director at Troika Systems. 'We've taken the reliability the market expects from Troika and engineered faster, highly repeatable inspection systems that keep up with modern production needs.'
