Dantex launches Marathon Plate processor

Six years in development, Marathon incorporates a breakthrough in polymer technology which retains moisture within the plate. This property enables the plate to have trouble-free print capability resulting in long press life, says the company.  

Dantex says that the new steel base, developed together with its metal decorating partners, incorporates the most appropriate tensile strength and superior malleability for ‘excellent’ cylinder wrap-around, as well as optimum magnetism for secure adhesion during the print run.

Marathon has been specially developed to meet the demand from the metal decorating industry for long-run results with high-speed processing.

The Marathon Processors plate can be processed twice as fast without any loss of image detail. The technology employed in the formulation of Marathon Plate will allow the user to obtain a sharp and accurate print results.
