Resource Label Group appoints new leadership

Resource Label Group's board of directors has appointed Rose Lee as executive chair of the board and CEO, Erik Duloisy as the chief operations officer and Bob Gold as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

The new leadership will focus on creating operational discipline, advancing the company’s strategic priorities and deepening its commitment to customers.

Lee is an experienced executive with a track record of growing global businesses. She most recently served as president and CEO of Cornerstone Building Brands, a manufacturer of exterior building products and has held senior roles at several major companies and serves on multiple corporate boards.

Duloisy brings with him a wealth of experience focused on building consistency in manufacturing processes and establishing a systems mindset to running operations. His previous experience with large- to medium-sized companies shows a proven track record in driving performance through streamlining operations and common metrics.

Gold has been appointed interim chief financial officer. He is an experienced financial leader with a background guiding companies through periods of operational and organizational change.

My priority is to empower our team and ensure they have what they need to deliver for our customers and partners, while strengthening the business for the long term.'

As part of the leadership changes at RLG, much of the senior leadership has separated from the company, including CEO Mike Apperson and McDowell Label president John McDowell.

'I am exploring many new opportunities that have been presented since the separation,' McDowell says. 'For now, I am excited to serve my board of director duties with the FTA and remain engaged with the Regulatory Affairs Committee at TLMI.'
