EPS appoints Micky Abhold as chief customer officer

EProductivity Software (ePS), software provider for the packaging industry, has appointed Micky Abhold as chief customer officer. In this new executive leadership role, Abhold will oversee global professional services and support services, with a focus on delivering faster time-to-value, expanding knowledge across teams, and ensuring consistent, measurable outcomes for customers worldwide.
Abhold’s appointment reflects ePS’ continued investment in its customers and a strategic focus on enabling long-term success across its ERP, MES, and process control deployments.

Abhold joins ePS with more than 25 years of experience leading services organizations in the enterprise software and supply chain sectors. Most recently, she served as EVP of professional services at Infios, where she led global implementation, drove operational excellence, and supported board-level strategic initiatives. She has also held senior roles at e2open and Blue Yonder, consistently delivering improvements in service delivery, customer success, and business performance.
