Apex Europe launches anilox cleaning service

Apex Europe has launched Apex Cleaning Services, a professional cleaning and maintenance program for anilox rolls and sleeves, available for both Apex products and anilox rolls from other manufacturers.

The service combines cleaning with anilox inspection, condition assessment and maintenance recommendations, with Apex technicians identifying potential performance issues before they affect production. The company said contaminated or partially blocked anilox cells can reduce ink transfer consistency, increase waste, extend setup times and raise operating costs.
