New technical manager joins Water Ink Technologies

Water Ink Technologies has appointed Tony Blakley to join its technical staff as technical manager. Blakley has over twenty-one years of ink and coating experience. He will manage Water Ink’s lab and technical group including quality control, R&D and customer technical support. Blakley will also direct the technical activities the company’s branch personnel throughout the United States.
