ASL installs Gallus RCS 330

Charlie MacLean, president & CEO of ASL Group, has announced the arrival of a Gallus RCS 330 printing press. This recent investment is in response to market trends and more specifically customer demand.


Mr MacLean stated: ‘This investment allows us to better respond to the ever changing packaging needs of our customers. Our customers are looking for packaging which will help sell their product, increase market share and communicate brand strategies.’


The Gallus RCS 330 is the most technologically advanced press ever manufactured by Gallus. The press has 12 multipurpose stations, and an auto-print registration system capable of 0.002” tolerances. With three stations being silk screen compatible, ASL can offer packaging solutions with unparalleled visual graphics and texture. These unique capabilities will increase consumer price perception.

In addition to the arrival of this new press, the ASL Group will be announcing details of an expansion at the Winston-Salem, North Carolina plant. This expansion will provide the necessary space to add manufacturing capacity.
