MCC opens new corporate headquarters in Atlanta

MCC has opened its new corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, consolidating its executive leadership team and area-based colleagues in the city's Buckhead district.

The strategic relocation brings key decision-makers together to accelerate innovation, enhance cross-functional collaboration and drive strategic alignment across the company's global operations. The new space features flexible workspaces designed to support hybrid work, foster creativity and encourage collaboration while hosting internal events, including leadership summits, strategic planning sessions and cross-functional workshops.

'Our new headquarters in Atlanta is more than just a change of address; it's a reflection of our commitment to building a culture of collaboration and connection,' stated Hassan Rmaile, president and CEO of MCC. 'With so many of our leaders already located in the area, this move allows us to harness the power of proximity to make faster decisions, share ideas more freely and work together more effectively.'

The facility serves as a central hub for MCC's executive leadership team, with many leaders already based in the Atlanta area prior to the headquarters relocation.

'By bringing our leadership team closer together, we're creating an environment where ideas flow faster, decisions are made more efficiently and our focus on customer success is sharper than ever,' Tatiana Berardinelli, chief human resources officer, explained.

The new headquarters officially opened on October 2, 2025.
