Phoenix Challenge Foundation appoints Jay Kaible to board

Flexographic industry veteran brings three decades of experience to the foundation.

The Phoenix Challenge Foundation has appointed Jay Kaible to its board of directors, bringing more than three decades of experience in the flexographic and package printing industries to the organization as it continues its expansion across high school, vocational and collegiate education.

Kaible spent a decade in the package printing exhibition industry before joining the Flexographic Technical Association in 2004, where he built the global FTA community and concluded his tenure as director of membership and business development and briefly as interim president. He played a pivotal role in strengthening FTA's membership base, creating business partnerships and expanding opportunities for industry professionals to connect through national and global initiatives.

'I have been looking forward to this moment,' commented Kaible. 'Retirement allows me to give back in a more meaningful way, and I am honored to help the Phoenix Challenge Foundation inspire and support future flexographers.'

'Jay's passion for flexography and his deep understanding of industry relationships will be invaluable as we continue to inspire and prepare the next generation of flexographic professionals,' Bettylyn Krafft, executive director of the Phoenix Challenge Foundation, added.
