Tectuprint to host open house events in Barcelona

Label and flexible packaging converters invited to separate appointment-based demonstration weeks.

Tectuprint will host two consecutive open house editions at its showroom in Sant Quirze del Vallès, near Barcelona, in September 2026, each designed for a different audience and run by appointment, with time slots rather than as an open-floor event.

The first edition, running from September 15 to September 18, is aimed at self-adhesive label printers and will demonstrate the company's full line, including its Starcut sheeting and stacking unit, Brotech finishing equipment and the Tec-Laser LC-350 and LC5035 digital laser systems. Tectuprint is the exclusive distributor for Brotech in Spain and Portugal.

The second edition, running from September 22 to September 25, targets flexible packaging, sleeve and carton converters and concentrates on digital laser die-cutting, demonstrating the Tec-Laser LC-350 and LC5035 back-to-back. The focus is on short runs, complex shapes and job changes without tooling, with no die costs, no setup time and no minimum run length.

Visitors to both editions can bring their own substrates and reels to see them processed on the machines during their time slot.

'We would rather show fifteen printers the machine cutting their own material than show a hundred people a stand,' said Cesar Barajas, CEO of Tectuprint. 'That is why we split it into two weeks and two audiences.'

TECTUPRINT has manufactured narrow web converting equipment in Barcelona for more than 30 years, with more than 170 Starcut units installed across five continents.
