Baker installs Quick Check 890 barcode verifier

London, UK-based converter Baker Self Adhesive Label has installed a Quick Check 890 barcode verifier. The system tests major symbologies and industry applications against ISO/IEC 15416 barcode print quality test specification, linear symbols and traditional pass/fail parameters.

The Quick Check 890 ensures that when printing a large volume of barcode variations through either conventional or digital printing customers receive accurate and high quality assurance readings. General manager Martin Bay said: ‘We can now ensure every barcode we print is 100 percent accurate and the system also gives us the ability to send PDF file data to customers displaying scan results.’

The Quick Check 890 is the first linear barcode verifier to earn the Adaptus Imaging 5.0 technology brand. Advanced signal processing improves the performance and accuracy needed for ISO Verification measurements.
