The company will display new technologies from eight brands at the Barcelona show.

Maxcess has been gearing up to unveil new technologies from its portfolio of web-handling brands at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona.
The company will display innovations from RotoMetrics, Fife, Tidland, Magpowr, International Cutting Die, Componex, Webex and Valley Roller at booth 3G73, featuring equipment designed to enhance converting operations from unwind to rewind.
Key highlights include RotoMetrics' new print cylinder offering an economical alternative to traditional cylinders, alongside flexible dies that provide twice the durability compared to competitors. The RotoScan Adjustable Anvil represents the industry's first intelligent die station, featuring AI learning capabilities that proactively monitor die strike and automatically adjust for optimal cutting performance.
'Our portfolio of industry-leading brands ensures press parts that complement each other and work better together,' said the company in a statement. 'Maxcess experts understand how winding equipment influences tension, how tension affects guiding, and how the interplay of guiding and tension enhances the capability to effectively die-cut and slit the web.'
Other technologies on display include Tidland's SmartSlit automated narrow web slitting system with enhanced operator safety processes, and the RD AutoScore automated back scoring system that delivers return on investment in under two years through increased uptime.
Fife will present new digital sensors and guiding systems, while Componex will showcase new plasma coatings and FDA-compliant coatings for enhanced release properties and improved wear and abrasion resistance.
