ILS honored by P&G
Innovative Labeling Solutions (ILS) has been honored by global consumer product company Procter & Gamble (P&G) for digitally printed labels it provided for the brand owner’s Febreeze product line.

ILS was presented with the Emerging, Innovative Breakthrough Technology Award for its digitally printed Febreze Home Care Collection Candle labels at the P&G Print Expo event in Sharonville, Ohio. The innovation award was granted to two companies from among over 30 international entries.
Febreze is a brand of household odor eliminators sold around the world for two decades. The product line includes air fresheners, fabric refreshers, plug-in oils, scented disks, odor eliminating candles and automotive air fresheners.
Febreze Home Collection Candles are available in four different sizes and multiple scents. Their labels are the first ILS has produced for P&G.
ILS president and owner Jay Dollries said: ‘We are thrilled to be recognized by Procter & Gamble on the very first product we have produced for it.
‘Our digital capabilities allowed P&G to increase its speed to market while offering superior print quality and the opportunity to offer a vast array of SKUs.’
Eric Knop, director of business development at ILS, added: ‘Digital printing allows brands to reach consumers on a more personal level and companies like P&G are finding ways to leverage this capability.’
