Comexi implements new sales structure

- Two teams to focus on three customer types
- Aleix Mas and David Centelles to lead teams to help Comexi achieve aims of strategic plan
Comexi Group is restructuring its sales operations in a move to put it closer to its clients and allow it to better service their needs.
The manufacturer of machinery for the production of flexible packaging said the new structure sees it move from a traditional sales segmentation to “a more specialized vision and structure”.
Two teams
The new sales team includes all current employees and will be divided into two separate teams, both supervised by Albert Negre, business managing director.
The teams will focus on three types of clients, with the team supervised by Aleix Mas, business development and marketing director, focusing on new business opportunities.
The work of key account manager Agusti Combis will also fall under the remit of this first team.
A second team overseen by David Centelles, sales and service director, will be devoted to current customers, with the aim of detecting their needs and requests, and dealing with them according to their geographical zone.
