Dantex launches next-generation Aqua X at Labelexpo Europe
The company debuts an advanced flexographic plate processing system at the Barcelona show.

Dantex has confirmed it will unveil its Aqua X, the company's most advanced flexographic plate processing system, at Labelexpo Europe 2025 with a debut on booth 5E73, bringing new levels of speed, efficiency and sustainability to water-wash plate technology.
The Aqua X represents the next generation of Dantex's renowned Aquaflex processing range. Designed to work with the company's advanced Aquaflex plate technology, the new system is a fully automatic, high-speed, water-wash development offering unmatched reliability, efficiency and productivity.
The system establishes new benchmarks in solvent-free flexographic processing. Key features include a Dantex Easy Access System, cloud-based online connectivity, integrated black mask removal and low water and energy consumption. With fully adjustable throughput speed, the Aqua X delivers consistent plate processing with outstanding print quality, including fine halftone resolution from 1 to 99 percent up to 200 lpi.

Alongside the Aqua X, Dantex will showcase its relaunched PicoColour press. The compact, versatile and affordable system provides high-quality digital output within a small footprint, making it a suitable development for printers seeking flexibility. The company will also demonstrate the high-performance PicoJet DRS, highlighting speed, precision and reliability in digital UV inkjet printing.
Visitors to booth 5E73 will discover Dantex's comprehensive range of pre-press and consumables, including sleeves and imaging equipment. Representatives from across the Dantex Group and its global distributor network will provide demonstrations, technical advice and support.
