ERA to celebrate gravure’s future in packaging

The European Rotogravure Association (ERA) is to address the future role gravure printing will play in packaging markets in a conference this week.
 
ERA’S International Packaging Conference, held this year in Graz, Austria on November 17-18, will focus on gravure’s position in packaging markets. In addition to presentations on current technical advances in the gravure process, developments in markets as well as marketing and legislative aspects relating to packaging gravure will be discussed. The event will conclude with a visit to the plant of ERA member Alfred Wall in the morning of November 18.
 
‘Packaging markets are booming, and gravure is playing an important role in this,’ said ERA secretary general James Siever.
