ABG announces German Open House
Print finishing manufacturer celebrates factory expansion and 20-year milestone.
A B Graphic International (ABG) has announced it will host a German Open House event on April 15 and 16, 2026, at its Baesweiler facility to celebrate the unveiling of its newly expanded manufacturing plant and mark 20 years of ABG GmbH.
The expansion has increased the site's footprint from 2,300 square meters to 4,400 square meters, highlighting ABG's long-term dedication to manufacturing excellence in Germany and its support for customers across Europe and beyond. The Baesweiler site is a key manufacturing hub for ABG and is home to a wide range of the company's technologies, including SRI Slitter Rewinder technology, Booklet Machines, the new ABG InkJet range and FleyeVision camera inspection systems.
During the Open House, visitors will be invited to take a guided tour of the recently expanded facility, including its production areas and a dedicated machine demonstration room. Attendees will have the opportunity to witness live machine demonstrations showcasing technology from several ABG manufacturing sites and to speak directly with ABG's technical experts.
The demonstrations will include ABG's InkJet range, a modular single-color print bar engineered for integration across ABG finishing systems, delivering high-resolution variable data, security and functional print applications, along with an exclusive preview of a new product launch scheduled for May 2026.
'The Open House offers an ideal opportunity to not only showcase the expanded facility but also to demonstrate the breadth of ABG's technology portfolio and to celebrate over two decades of successful manufacturing operations in Germany,' commented Matt Burton, global sales director at ABG.
Attendees can choose to attend on either 15 or 16 April, with the same agenda running on both days. To register, visit the company’s website.
