Kurz brings end-to-end embellishment workflow to Loupe
Nine industry partners demonstrate concept-to-shelf label production at Chicago booth 1029.
Leonhard Kurz will present a complete label production workflow at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago at booth 1029, Hall A, uniting nine technology partners in a continuous live demonstration that takes a label from initial creative concept through printing, embellishment and finishing to the finished product on shelf.
Under the theme re:think what's possible in print embellishment, Kurz and its partners will run live label production throughout the show. Nilpeter provides the press platform, demonstrating how print stability and precision underpin premium embellishment applications. Kurz subsidiary Hinderer and Mühlich contributes precision hot stamping tooling. Pantec demonstrates integration of embellishment into converting workflows, while Wilson Manufacturing and RotoMetrics supply finishing tools for clean, repeatable label results. ACTEGA supplies adhesive technology for cold transfer applications. Avery Dennison and UPM demonstrate how advanced label materials and filmic substrates with UPM ProCycle adhesive technology support premium decorative effects while maintaining recyclability. The Kurz DreamComposer platform will also be showcased, enabling finishing concepts to be visualized and evaluated before production begins.
'The most exciting innovations in print embellishment don't happen in isolation,' said Allan Quimby, head of marketing at Kurz USA. 'They happen when experts across the value chain work toward a common goal. That's exactly what we're bringing to life at Loupe Americas.'
'Premium embellishment depends on more than impressive effects — it starts with a production platform converters can trust,' added Martin Teilberg, global marketing manager at Nilpeter. 'By combining advanced press technology with Kurz's embellishment expertise, we're showing how converters can achieve both creative excellence and reliable industrial performance.'
'Innovation only creates value when it fits naturally into production,' said René Abächerli, CEO and head of sales at Pantec. 'Our collaboration demonstrates that converters don't have to choose between sophisticated decoration and manufacturing efficiency.'
