‘We look forward to the opportunities this will create for the luxury packaging and labeling sectors.’

Pere Espelt, Arconvert commercial director, added: ‘With Arconvert’s established reputation for premium wine and spirit labels in the European market, this expansion puts us in an exciting position to introduce North America to the tremendous possibilities available with our products.’

The facility will be shared with fellow Fedrigoni Group company GPA, the only other member of the group with operations in North American, and its president and CEO Bob Niesen said: ‘We look forward to collaborating with them to ensure a smooth integration into our shared facility and support its success.’

Alon Bar-Shany, vice president and general manager of HP Indigo, identified the introduction of the Manter brand in North America as being of great benefit to HP Indigo customers and end users, who will gain from the, ‘vast array of impressive new products to select from.

‘This announcement supports the strong growth and opportunities within the labels and packaging market, especially as we prepare to launch the new 8000 label platform at drupa 2016,’ continued Bar-Shany. ‘As leaders in the digital printing world, HP and Fedrigoni Group have had a strong partnership, and Arconvert’s expansion into this new market will only help continue the growth of our relationship.’
