Gallus integrated with Heidelberg USA

As of April 1, 2018, Gallus will be fully integrated with the Heidelberg USA team in order to increase market coverage and efficiency in sales and service in North America.

With this transition, Gallus customers will have access to the entire product and service portfolios of both companies from a single source. Customers will be able to retain their existing sales and service contacts with Gallus, as well as access to Heidelberg specialists and its service network. Heidelberg/Gallus will provide customers with equipment, parts, service and consumables support. Extensive parts availability will be coordinated by Heidelberg’s parts department and local warehousing in the US. Heidelberg’s performance offerings will be extended to the Gallus product line, including performance services, predictive monitoring and Heidelberg Assistant.

Since Heidelberg took over Gallus Group in 2014, joint technical developments have already taken place, such as the Gallus Labelfire digital label printing machine. Specifically, this integration plan will allow the combined entity to strengthen its footprint in the North American label market.
