Label Day gathers 180 industry professionals in Yantai

Label Day, organized by Labels & Labeling China in Yantai, Shandong Province, has attracted more than 180 representatives from industry associations, wine brand owners, designers, as well as label and package converters and suppliers.

The opening presentation, led by Shenzhen Yunyin, highlighted the wine labeling and packaging process, starting from the design stage. Following sessions included speakers from HP, Avery Dennison, Pulisi, Fedrigoni and Flora.

Yolanda Wang, L&L’s China editor, opened the afternoon session with a global market review and labeling trends from the wine packaging specialists at WLA, followed by the latest product showcases presented by Pulisi, Kurz and pre-press expert, Niuge. 

One of the event's highlights was a presentation by special guest Wang Shougang, who shared his ideas on creating a traffic matrix from Tik Tok, the most popular media platform in China. This presentation was followed by label and package converter Yantai Shenma, which shared some practical cases of wine labeling.

In the last part of this summit, Ren Liqiang of Yunyin hosted a panel discussion with preventatives from Zhiya Wine, Yantai Shenma, Yantai Wanhao, HP Indigo China and Fedrigoni, discussing status, transformation, and future opportunities in the market.

The event was closed by an appreciation dinner sponsored by Xeikon.
