With the acquisition, the group’s share of sales outside of Poland will exceed 60 percent,’ said Arkadiusz Sapiecha, CEO of Prime Label. ‘We believe that LabelPrint's innovative solutions will make the group's offer even more attractive. We also expect synergies in purchasing and sales through cross-selling between the group's companies.

Sten Sarap, managing director at LabelPrint, commented: ‘I see great benefits in joining the group headed by Arek. With Prime Label as a partner, we will be treated with greater priority by suppliers of raw materials, and we will also have a broader product range to offer on our markets. I also value Prime Label management’s professionalism and vision for the group. We are very similar. We share a passion for printing and excellence in everything we do.’
