INX achieves Great Place to Work recertification

Employee satisfaction ratings reach three-year high at ink manufacturer.

INX International Ink Co. has earned recertification from the Great Place to Work organization after employee satisfaction ratings reached an all-time high over the past three years, with 78 percent of employees confirming the company maintains a vibrant workplace culture.

The result represents a seven-point increase from last year and significantly exceeds the 57 percent average of typical US companies. The certification follows a comprehensive survey in which employees responded to 60 statements on workplace culture and satisfaction.

'This certification is more than a milestone. It's a reflection of the trust, collaboration and care that defines our workplace,' stated Bryce Kristo, president and CEO of INX, who has worked at the company since 1991. 'This recognition is based entirely on our employees' feedback, and this year's results are our strongest to date.'

The survey revealed strong employee satisfaction across multiple categories, with 86 percent of respondents agreeing that it provides adequate resources and equipment to perform their jobs and allows time off when needed. Additionally, 72 percent acknowledged feeling positive about the ways INX contributes to the community, representing a nine-point increase compared to last year.

According to Heather Seville, vice president of HR and risk manager, INX improved its scores in 57 of the survey categories this year. 'We scored especially high in regards to treating employees fairly, being a physically safe place to work, making them feel welcome when joining the company, and the areas Bryce Kristo mentioned,' she explained.

Seville attributed the improvements to organization-wide commitment. 'Our results this year highlight the dedication shown by leaders, supervisors and individual team members throughout the organization,' she noted. 'By prioritizing listening, support and connection, these shared efforts have made a meaningful impact of how employees experience our workplace.'

The Great Place to Work organization ranks among the world's foremost authorities on workplace culture, providing certification based on employee feedback and comprehensive workplace assessments.
