TPS to distribute Shackell Edwards inks

Shackell Edwards has said Total Print Supplies (TPS) is now the exclusive distributor of its inks and varnishes.
 
TPS took on exclusive distribution from October. Shackell Edwards said it will be able to reach a much wider range of printers across the UK, while TPS customers will benefit from an improved and extended range.
 
Shackell Edwards, supported by the Druckfarben global network, is an independent UK ink manufacturer of Silkoseal silk sealer and litho offset printing inks. New products available will include: Shackell Edwards Pantone ink, a non-skin ink based upon a quick setting formula giving excellent drying characteristics and rub resistance; Focus Intense Ink, a modern highly pigmented process ink series designed for the widest possible range of print applications including perfecting; Hard Dry Inks, such Eco Select Hard Dry which is a specialist ink formulated using the latest technologies to give outstanding rub and drying characteristics on recycled, uncoated and problematic matt coated stocks; and Silkoseal silk sealer, a new revolutionary semi-matt silky sealer with key benefits of fast drying, non yellowing, excellent scuff and rub resistance and low tack for fast back-up.

TPS is a service from PaperlinX that is available to customers of the Robert Horne Group and The Paper Company (PaperCo), offering an extensive range of pre-press products, blankets, press chemicals, inks, oil based varnishes, coatings and sundries.
